DIXI Polytool known at the international level for its variety of standard and special tools, constantly strives to improve its products, to innovate and to bring new manufacturing solutions to the market. The image and a significant amount of know-how have been built in the micro-manufacturing area. However, as years go by, we have also developed in other sectors, notably in electronics. We now enjoy an excellent reputation, particularly in Southeast Asia.

Below we focus on an application in extruded aluminium for computing. In this case slitting saws capable of extreme tolerance and a mirror-finish surface are required.

A team of competent and experienced application technicians is available to the clients for the optimisation of the existing production process or the development of new applications. 

The production centre Almac (with a 45,000rpm spindle) in our R & D department allows us to execute trials for our clients or simulate their applications.
