Automotive/Aeronautics

We have developed numerous custom solutions for the automotive and aeronautics sectors.  The range is particularly large with regard to reamers and PCD tools. 

When DIXI Outils bought out the Polytool company in 1999, the objective was very clear: better penetration of the automotive and aeronautics market with high added value products.

Since then, the two companies have merged to create the entity DIXI Polytool. and the goal of development in the above sectors has been attained.
The production of the Polytool reamers has been industrialised and a large stock of blanks has been built up in order to reduce delivery time to an absolute minimum.

Parallel to the Polytool reamer range, custom carbide and PCD tools have been developed thanks to a team of competent and experienced technicians who are available to clients for the optimisation of the existing production process and the development of new applications. 

In aeronautics, we have developed some optimal solutions with different clients for inconel or titanium threading via a complete whirling tool range in ISO and UN.
